Transaction Currency is AUD. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made using your credit card or by bank deposit, by way of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or over the counter at any Westpac Branch.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Reeflex Wetsuits ships goods Australia wide and Internationally.

We ship all our products within Australia and Internationally using Australia Post. Shipping is free for all wetsuit orders within Australia. Accessories orders and overseas orders attract a cost. This cost is automatically calculated from Australia Post by the size and weight of your product and its destination.

Orders are despatched within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Australian orders usually take 2-4 business days depending on your location in Australia. Overseas orders are estimated to take between 5-14 days depending on the time of year and the destination.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Reeflex is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We pride ourselves on customer service so we are here to satisfy you as well as keep you warm.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds are subject to the warranty attached to your wetsuit. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

SECURITY POLICY

When purchasing from Reeflex your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. 14 DAY POLICY

We wish you could see, feel, drool over and try on our wetsuits first hand before you buy one but the reality is you may not be able to. So in order for you to be 100% satisfied with your direct online purchase we have a 14 day size exchange policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the size choice of your Reeflex product once you have tried it on, simply return it within 14 days in the same condition we sent it to you and we will exchange it for the next appropriate size.

This offer is only valid once per product.
Subject to availability in the new size.
Customer pays for return freight.
Reeflex pays for new size freight.
Valid for direct online purchases only.
